FAQ: Can I use your works...?Can I use your works (sprites, designs, etc.) for my own project?
Look at the description of my deviations. Each individual deviation will have a different symbol in it.
If you see a deviation with the :iconyouareplz::iconallowedplz: symbol, that means that you can use it (both the deviation itself and its design) in any way you want. However, there's an excepcion: you cannot use them for making money. Everything in my gallery is noncommercial. And, if you use some of my work or my designs, you must always mention my username somewhere in the credits. Only the deviations in the RESOURCES - For free use crediting me folder and the EMOTICONS- For free us crediting me folder of my gallery fall into this category.

Until half a year ago, I was one of those pixel-artists and spriters that used MS Paint (or its best Linux clone, KolourPaint) for everything. After all, to put pixels one after the other you don't really need anything else, do you?
However, while Paint is a useful tool for us because of its simplicity and focus on individual pixels, there was a moment when I thought: hey, why not look for a specialised, cross-platform, free tool to do my pixel-art? An alternative to Paint that doesn't belong to Microsoft and supports transparency? An alternative to KolourPaint that isn't so heavy and RAM consuming?

 Sphere, a classic open-source RPG MakerMany of us have wished, at least once, that we were able to create our own videogames exactly in the way we have envisioned them. There are many tools out there: some of them are out of reach for people without a lot of programming knowledge, others are commercial or don't have exactly the features that you want... sometimes it's hard to find the right piece of software for you.
Sphere is one of those little gems that people like me, who want to create modest indie games using custom resources and open-source software, appreciate greatly. You may probably have never heard of Sphere, or maybe you have, but you don't know exactly what it is. Well, I'm going to try and remedy that, at least a little.
First of all, please tell me if you notice any technical errors in my explanation so I can fix them. I'm still a beginner programmer and I have never taken classes about this or anything related to this, so my concepts are probably a bit messed-up.
